Club Wynwood is ~22,000 sq ft of outdoor event space in Miami's Wynwood Arts District, with a ~4,000 sq ft covered pavilion for rainy days, on-site parking and its own liquor license. You bring the production; we provide the space. The outdoor venue is available from October 1, and the building from November 1.

It fits. 300 guests at a seated dinner means 30 tables of 10 in the Garden, with service aisles between them.
Welcome to Club Wynwood. This is the venue from the air: about eighteen thousand square feet outdoors, with turf, two rows of real palms and hedges all around. Next to the walkway is the covered Pavilion, and a paved walkway runs from the street to the building. You rent only the outdoor space: you bring the production, and we provide the venue.
Will your event fit? Up to six hundred people standing — this is what that looks like, to scale, in the Garden. Or about three hundred seated: here are twenty-four round tables of ten and one sixty-seat banquet table along the walkway, drawn to the same scale, with room to walk between them. If your event is bigger than that, it won't fit, and we'd rather tell you before the site visit.
What if it rains? That's what the Pavilion is for: four thousand square feet under a thatched roof on timber posts, open on all four sides. It keeps out the sun and rain that falls straight down, but not wind-driven rain, so for a winter event, budget for side walls. The rest of the Garden is open-air, and in Miami that affects your date more than anything else.
How does your production get in? Vendors have their own entrance, separate from the main one: from NW 1st Ct onto the flat paved strip along the building. A forty-foot truck unloads a few steps from the Pavilion and the door without touching the turf. The main entrance, through the parking lot and the walkway, is kept for your guests. The exact gate width, the available power and the other measurements are checked with you at the site visit and confirmed in writing.
What's here, and what isn't? Six furnished cabanas in a row, fixed picnic tables and an area to set up a bar, under the venue's own liquor license. The building at the end of the walkway has two levels: downstairs, a double-height hall with a kitchen and restrooms; upstairs, a mezzanine with four private rooms. It's rented separately, for events or as an office, and can serve as green rooms, a catering kitchen or an indoor backup plan. Outdoors there's no kitchen, no walls and no climate control: your caterer sets up on site. Production, sound, lighting and furniture come with your team — and that freedom is the whole point.
What does it look like set up? Here's one example, at night: a stage in the parking lot facing the walkway, your bar under the thatched roof, the crowd on the turf and string lights between the palms. Everything you see lit up is brought in by your team. What you don't see — the firm ground, the shade and the walkway — was already here.
How much does it cost? We don't publish rates, and not because we're hiding them: the price is built around your event — the date, the space you use and your setup. Tell us what you have in mind, and we'll reply in writing with real availability and terms.
What's next? The outdoor venue is available from October first, and the building from November first. If the venue works for you, request availability with your date and guest count. This is most of the venue: room for a standing reception, a long dinner along the walkway, or a stage in the south parking lot with the crowd on the walkway and under the Pavilion. The walkway splits the Garden in two, and every layout starts from that.
Open air, no walls. The turf is artificial, so it won't turn to mud, but heavy equipment needs floor protection to spread the load.

It handles straight-down rain on its own; on a windy day, you'll want to add side walls. The clear distance between posts is measured at the site visit.

They come with the property: they can't be moved or removed from the layout.

Everything comes in through the freight entrance — trucks, catering, rigging and stage — without crossing paths with guests or driving over the turf. On-site parking to the east and south.

It sits at the north end of the venue, where the walkway ends at its door. Downstairs, a double-height hall with a kitchen and restrooms; upstairs, a mezzanine with four private rooms. Rented separately, with its own drawing below.
It's zone 02 and is rented separately. Together with the Garden, it covers what the outdoor space lacks: a catering kitchen, green rooms, restrooms and an indoor backup plan.
You get the empty building with its kitchen and restrooms. Anything installed inside today belongs to the current operator and isn't part of the rental.
